Togl-On Glossary

A TOGL is a requested or booked service or appointment.
A notifications within the Togl-On app is referred to a a Toglert.
When you take the action of turning the togl switch on to request a specific product or service being offered by an individual business.
Togl-On Users are referred to as Toglers.

Consumer Membership FAQ (Updated 10/18/2022)

You will need to create an account. It's a simple form that only takes a 1-2 minutes to fill out and submit.
Download the Togl-On App from the App Store or Google Play Store and follow the prompts to Create an Account or Sign Up
Togl-On is free for customers to join and free for customers to use.
You will pay service providers directly so there is no need for Togl-On to take care any credit card information.
You will pay service providers directly at their place of business.
You can download an app for your IOS or Android devices or you can access our service through the ToglOn.com website.
You are able to rate each business that you patronize. We encourage you to address any issues with the service provider directly. If you are still not satisfied, you may call Togl-On Customer Service for assistance.
Yes, but you must do it within 5 minutes of a confirmation by the business. It's important that we give businesses enough time to re-fill the appointment. If you cancel outside of that window, it will be noted on your account. If you have more than 3 late cancellations, you may be subject to a no-show fee requirement for future bookings.
You have the opportunity to rate each service provider with 1 to 5 stars. You cannot review the provider at this time.
You will receive a confirmation notification through the app.
Yes you can save your favorite businesses and optionally receive a notification when the business Togls-On.
Yes. Just enter the business's name in the search bar at the top of the Togl-On screen.
Yes, but only if you have notifications turned on in the Togl-On app. You will get a reminder notification 30 minutes prior to your appt.
Yes, but you must do it within 5 minutes of a confirmation by the business. We strongly enourage you to call the provider directly if you want to make changes. It's important that we give businesses enough time to re-fill the appointment. If you cancel outside of the grace period and do not call the business directly, the automated system will note your account as a late cancellation or no-show. If you have 3 or more marks on your account, you may be subject to a no-show fee requirement for future bookings.
If it takes you longer than 15 minutes to get there, it will be up to the service provider whether or not they will have time to complete your service in the time they still have available. You would want to extend the same courtesies to Togl-On businesses that you would if you booked a service directly. We strongly encourage you to call the provider as soon as you think you're going to be late.
Yes. Togl-On will provide you the business's phone number once your TOGL has been confirmed by the business.
We don't want anyone's account to get suspended but we also don't want our service providers to lose the opportunity to fill their slots. In the unhappy event that your account is suspended, once your suspension period is up, you have the option to re-activate your account. However, you may be subject to a no-show fee requirement by service providers.
Please attempt to login. If you do not remember your username or password, please follow the prompts to reset your username or password.
Togl-On appointments are immediate openings. You will need to leave for these as soon as the service provider confirms your appointment. Same-Day appointments will give you time slots that you can select. Once the service provider confirms your appointment, you will need to proceed to your appointment at the appropriate time.
After the 5 minute grace period, we encourage you to call the service provider directly to discuss any changes you might want to make. If you do not call, the automated system will show it as a late cancellation or no-show and your profile will be noted. If you have 3 or more marks on your account, you may be subject to a no-show fee requirement for future bookings.
No. If the business took more than 15 minutes to respond and you no longer need their service, you may simply hit the cancel button.
Yes. Without Location Services enabled, the Togl-On app will not be able to locate businesses within your designated area. Your location info is not shared with any other entity. It is only used to facilitate the features of the app.
You may only book immediate and same-day appointments with Togl-On.
